The Mai Wah Museum in Butte is housed inside a historic building that is a remainder of the thriving Chinese community of the town during the 1930’s. The location is believed to be haunted by an evil entity that was said to have attacked people and pushed them down the stairs. Witnesses have also reported seeing a dark apparition staring down into the street from the upper floors of the building.
